Ingredients
Women’s Serving (~350 kcal)
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (no added sugar)
- ¼ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
Men’s Serving (~420 kcal)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (no added sugar)
- ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.
- Add the berries on top.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds and walnuts.
- Serve immediately, or let it sit for 5–10 minutes if you prefer a thicker, chia-soaked texture.
