A quick, protein-rich breakfast or snack that’s perfect for Phase 4 maintenance. This creamy Greek yogurt bowl is layered with berries, chia seeds, and walnuts for a simple, whole-food combination that keeps you energized and satisfied.

Ingredients

Women’s Serving (~350 kcal)

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (no added sugar)

  • ¼ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Men’s Serving (~420 kcal)

Instructions

  1. Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.

  2. Add the berries on top.

  3. Sprinkle with chia seeds and walnuts.

  4. Serve immediately, or let it sit for 5–10 minutes if you prefer a thicker, chia-soaked texture.
