Men’s Serving (~420 kcal)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (no added sugar)

½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Instructions

Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.
