Returns/Refunds

Please read our return/refund policy thoroughly before initiating a return.

Avoid restocking fees by returning for store credit or exchange.

Orders may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price minus applicable fees

  • Orders w/ opened items - $8.95 diposal/re-stocking fee per opened item. 
  • Orders with unopened Items - $8.95 diposal/re-stocking flat fee.
  • No restocking fees for store credit or exchanges.

Please note the important details below regarding returns and refunds:

  • We cannot process any return shipments that do not include a valid RMA number. To receive an RMA number, please use our returns center portal or contact customer support with your return request.
  • We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender”.
  • Once the return is received the package will be inspected. It can take up to 7 days to complete the inspection process.
  • You must include all items for which you initiated the return and for which you wish to receive a refund, regardless if the items are opened or unopened. Refunds will be issued only for the items included in the return package. Returns that are initiated for an order with multiple items must contain all original merchandise, opened or unopened. Any missing items will not be refunded. 
  • Once your return package is inspected, a refund will be issued. Refunds are issued to the same credit card that was used in ordering the product. It generally takes about 7 to 14 business days for your bank to reflect the refund on your account. Refunds will be for the cost of the product minus any applicable fees, including return shipping & handling where appropriate. Alternatively, we offer options for store credit, store discounts, and exchanges.
  • To ensure a refund is processed correctly, please follow the instructions in your return confirmation email. Send returns to the address provided, along original order number clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns will NOT be processed without a valid RMA number from our customer service department.
  • BioSource Nutra is not liable for lost or stolen return packages. To ensure we receive your return package, use a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning any product.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and returns must be received within thirty (30) days after you initiate a return. Returns will be canceled and forfeited after 30 days from the return request date.

*Customer must accept delivery on the original shipment in order to properly request a refund. Undeliverable orders, orders marked return to sender, or orders not delivered due to shipping carrier error will be treated as returns once the package is delivered back to BioSource Nutra. 

Refused or undeliverable packages will be treated as returns. A return shipping fee of $8.95 + applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund owed once the package is received.

Instant Refunds/Order Cancellations

Refunds for canceled orders are instantly credited back to the original credit card once an order cancellation request is received and verified. Order modification requests must be received before 5:00pm EST of the business day in which an order is placed, however this is not a guarantee the order can still be modified or canceled. Order modification requests include canceling an order, changing shipping address, adding/removing products, upgrading/downgrading shipping method. Due to fulfillment timeframes, order modifications and cancellations cannot be processed after 5:00pm EST. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST cannot be canceled or modified prior to shipping.

Refunds will be issued back to the same credit card once the return is received and processed. It can take up to 14 business days to receive a refund after we’ve received your returned package. Refunds will be for the amount of the product ordered. Express shipping is non-refundable.

 

Subscription Cancellation, Pause, and Refunds

A subscription may be canceled or paused any time. You may pause your subscription for up to 60 days, after which your subscription will automatically resume unless canceled or paused again.

If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription, please email your request with your full name and previous order number to support@biosourcenutra.com or call 866-537–2214. Support will respond to requests within 2 business days (weekends are excluded from business day timeframes). Cancellation or pause requests may take up to 5 business days to fully process.

Please keep the cancellation request processing timeframe in mind as it relates to your subscription renewal date. Once a subscription order is processed, that order cannot be canceled. A return/refund request must be submitted and all return steps followed. A refund will be issued once the return is received and processed.
