  • 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk

  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen berries

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • Pinch of pink salt (optional)

  • Optional: cinnamon or vanilla

Men’s Serving (~360 kcal)

  • ¾ cup rolled oats (dry)

  • 1½ cups water or unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ cup berries

  • 2 tsp almond butter

  • Pinch of pink salt (optional)

  • Optional: cinnamon or vanilla

Instructions

  1. Add oats and water (or almond milk) to a small saucepan.

  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  3. Cook until creamy, about 3–5 minutes.

  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with berries.

  5. Drizzle almond butter over the top.

  6. Add cinnamon or vanilla if desired and serve warm.

Tips

  • For thicker oatmeal, use slightly less liquid; for creamier texture, add a splash more.

  • Frozen berries work perfectly — add them right on top and let the heat soften them.

  • Stir the almond butter in completely or leave it swirled on top for presentation.

  • Add chia seeds for extra fiber if you want a more filling bowl.
