Ingredients
Women’s Serving (~260 kcal)
- ½ cup rolled oats (dry)
- 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1 tsp almond butter
- Pinch of pink salt (optional)
- Optional: cinnamon or vanilla
Men’s Serving (~360 kcal)
- ¾ cup rolled oats (dry)
- 1½ cups water or unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup berries
- 2 tsp almond butter
- Pinch of pink salt (optional)
- Optional: cinnamon or vanilla
Instructions
- Add oats and water (or almond milk) to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cook until creamy, about 3–5 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with berries.
- Drizzle almond butter over the top.
- Add cinnamon or vanilla if desired and serve warm.
Tips
- For thicker oatmeal, use slightly less liquid; for creamier texture, add a splash more.
- Frozen berries work perfectly — add them right on top and let the heat soften them.
