Men’s Serving (~200–230 kcal)
- 1.5 scoops approved protein powder
- 10–14 oz hot brewed coffee
- 1 small apple, sliced
- Optional: cinnamon or vanilla extract
Instructions
- Brew your coffee as desired.
- Add the protein powder to a blender or shaker cup.
- Carefully pour the hot coffee over the powder.
- Blend or shake until smooth and creamy (blending gives the best texture).

Tips
- For iced protein coffee: brew coffee, chill, then blend with protein powder and ice.
- Cinnamon pairs especially well with vanilla or caramel-flavored protein.
