Ingredients

Women’s Serving (~420 kcal)

  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded

  • 2 cups mixed greens (spinach, romaine, spring mix)

  • ½ cup sliced cucumber

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

  • Pink salt and black pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, basil)

Men’s Serving (~560 kcal)

  • 6 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded

  • 3 cups mixed greens

  • ½–1 cup sliced cucumber

  • 1–2 tsp olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

  • Pink salt and black pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, basil)

Instructions

  1. Add the greens to a large bowl.

  2. Top with sliced cucumbers and cooked chicken.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice (or vinegar).

  4. Season with pink salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.

  5. Toss gently until everything is coated and serve immediately.
