  • 1 teaspoon stevia or monk fruit sweetener (optional, adjust to taste)

Spiced Pumpkin Hummus

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Herb & Garlic Hummus

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
