Ingredients

Men’s Serving (~360 kcal)

¾ cup rolled oats

1–1¼ cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

Add oats to a jar or container with a lid.

Pour in almond milk and stir to combine.

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4–6 hours).
