This easy, no-cook breakfast is perfect for busy mornings. Rolled oats soften in almond milk overnight, creating a creamy base that’s lightly sweetened with berries and cinnamon. It’s simple, satisfying, and ideal for Phase 4 maintenance when you want something healthy you can prep ahead.

Ingredients

Women’s Serving (~280 kcal)

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen berries

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Optional: splash of vanilla extract

Men’s Serving (~360 kcal)

  • ¾ cup rolled oats

  • 1–1¼ cups unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ cup berries

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Optional: vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add oats to a jar or container with a lid.

  2. Pour in almond milk and stir to combine.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4–6 hours).

  4. In the morning, stir well.

  5. Top with berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

  6. Add vanilla if desired and serve cold.

Tips

  • For thicker oats, use slightly less almond milk; for creamier texture, add more.

  • Frozen berries can be added the night before for a jam-like texture.

  • Add chia seeds for more fiber and a thicker consistency.

  • This recipe keeps well for 2–3 days — great for batch prep.
