This easy, no-cook breakfast is perfect for busy mornings. Rolled oats soften in almond milk overnight, creating a creamy base that’s lightly sweetened with berries and cinnamon. It’s simple, satisfying, and ideal for Phase 4 maintenance when you want something healthy you can prep ahead.
Ingredients
Women’s Serving (~280 kcal)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen berries
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Optional: splash of vanilla extract
Men’s Serving (~360 kcal)
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1–1¼ cups unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup berries
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Optional: vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add oats to a jar or container with a lid.
- Pour in almond milk and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4–6 hours).
- In the morning, stir well.
- Top with berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Add vanilla if desired and serve cold.
Tips
